Melting & Casting
Our casting operations provide the foundation for downstream rolling and processing.
Capability highlights:
• 5 melting furnaces

• Approximately 145 MT melt capacity per heat
• Casting width up to 1,620 mm
• 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 8xxx alloy series
Cold Rolling
Precision rolling designed to achieve controlled thickness, width and material properties for downstream applications.
Capability highlights:
• Output thickness down to 0.100 mm
• Rolling width up to 1,620 mm
• Multiple annealing capabilities
• O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H19, H24 and H26 temper
Slitting & Processing
Application-ready aluminium in the widths customers need.
Capabilities include:
• Multi-slit coils
• Mini-slitting
• High-speed slitting
• Tension levelling
• Cut-to-length
• Stucco embossing
